Join us for a one-week kiteboarding retreat in Hua Hin, just three hours south of Bangkok. Based in a luxury share house in the Royal family’s summer retreat — enjoy long sandy beaches, cafes, co-working, and kite instruction during the day, then either kick back in our pad or explore the town in the evening.
Bangkok airport/hotel transfers. Western breakfast daily. Professional instructors & kite gear included. Limited to just eight entrepreneurs.
Three days of lessons are provided (two hours per day) — this should get you up on the board for short runs, though results depend on how well you pay attention!
If you can already kite, you get the option of a two-hour private lesson to improve your skills.
Mid-morning pickup at the Conrad Bangkok. Drive to Hua Hin villa — check in, explore the town, group dinner.
First kite session on the warm, glassy water. NE winds are consistent and forgiving — perfect for shaking off the travel cobwebs.
Guided downwinder along the coast with longtail boat support. Afternoon Thai massage is practically mandatory.
Rest day from kiting — longtail boat trip to nearby islands for snorkelling, sunbathing, and fresh seafood on the beach.
Back on the water for a full day of sessions. Evening cooking class — learn to make a proper pad thai.
Morning kite session then free afternoon. Head to the night market or book in a Thai massage and relax.
Breakfast then shuttle leaving for the airport at 10am — arriving BKK airport 2pm, DMK airport 3pm.
Wake up to a Thai breakfast spread of tropical fruit, congee, and strong coffee looking out over the Gulf. Hit the water by 9am as the NE breeze fills in. The warm, flat water here is impossibly inviting — sessions often run right through to midday. Lunch is fresh seafood at a beach shack, then an afternoon snooze before the wind picks up again. Evenings are for exploring night markets, sampling street food, and watching an epic tropical sunset.
Consistent NE monsoon trade winds. Flat, warm, sheltered water in the bay.
